This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products (eBooks, PDFs, and video courses) sold through Applied ECR Digital e-Library.

2. Digital Product Nature

Since our products are digitally delivered (download or online access), once the payment is completed, delivery is considered fulfilled.
Hence, no refunds or cancellations are possible after purchase, except in rare verified cases.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only processed in the following conditions:

The downloaded file or course is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.
A duplicate payment was accidentally made.
The product delivered was not as described, and verified by our team.

To request a refund, contact support@appliedecr.com within 48 hours of purchase, including your order ID and issue details.

4. Refund Process

Our team will verify the issue and respond within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Inability to operate or use the digital product properly.
Shared or redistributed purchases.
Unauthorized use of your account.

6. Course Cancellation

Video courses, once activated, cannot be canceled or paused.
Access will remain active for the validity period mentioned on the product page.

7. Modification of Policy

Applied ECR reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
